There is no magic pill
For life’s daily challenges,
Sometimes there are no tears left inside
When heartache and pain pervade.
Yet there is one, who
Like the traditional Red Cross,
Brings, in time of tragedy and need,
Comfort and aid.
Yet, He offers so much more along the way.
He offers security and peace
To those who ask, seek.
If we reach through the darkness we find,
He’s the only one who,
Come what may,
Truly cares and saves,
Who offers hope
Tomorrow, today…
Christ Jesus.
