Lord, help me
Not think I’m “all that”
Because I “believe” in You
Because I go to church
Because I give to charities
Because I take care of my family
Because of all I do,
For…even demons believe and tremble
Help me go
From believing
To receiving your grace
To listening to Your voice
To knowing and growing
In my relationship to
And knowledge of You
Not just saying I believe
But showing it through my obedience
To You
To Your Word
To that still small voice
Within.
